We offer a full refund within 14 days of initial payment if the service has not been delivered or if the client is not satisfied with the consultation quality. After 14 days, partial refunds may be granted based on service usage and documentation review. No refunds are provided for completed document preparation or litigation support unless mandated by law.
All written materials, templates, legal guides, and other content provided by BizLawTopUp are protected by Canadian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without explicit permission.
While we strive to offer high-quality legal support, BizLawTopUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for outcomes dependent on third-party actions or delays.
We may update these Terms of Service at our discretion. Continued use of the website and our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal disputes will be resolved through the courts located in British Columbia.
